Link to Life has been a national provider of Personal Emergency Response Services (PERS) to the elderly and medically at-risk since 1979. We are headquartered in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
Our 24-hour-a-day 7-day-a-week Response Center is backed-up at an off-site emergency facility serviced by a separate power grid and telephone network. We take the "personal" very personally, and have always listened to our subscribers, their families, medical providers, and caregivers to create systems that best preserve our subscribers' health, safety, and independence. Link to Life services are available nationwide, in as little as 24 hours.
